Criminal Investigations: Vindictive Psychopath is Trying to Ruin My Life with False Allegations

My question involves police conduct in the State of: OR

I'm on the last leg of my probation, with only a couple of months to go. Unfortunately my parents recently connected me with a psychotic person in Canada who they thought I'd be able to relate with on some health issues. It wasn't immediately apparent at the onset that this person was actually out to con me, but I've come to think she is a borderline, and I know for fact she has been committing identity theft and crime in my name, and she has also falsely accused me of a whole gamet of impossible offenses ranging from computer/phone hacking to home invasion/assault. In the last situation she was involuntarily confined to 30 days in the mental hospital, so I think police are already on to her antics. However, she has since been released and I fear that she could continue on her rampage in some other way that could actually successfully get me violated. She is extremely unstable and hellbent on revenge for reporting her to the police for the original case of identity theft. I have since discontinued contact with her and issued a cease and desist notice. I've saved all copies of text messages and internet interactions that elucidate the antisocial behavior she has been involved in.

Are there any additional proactive measures that I can take to somehow protect myself from the crime this person is committing? She knows enough about my life, and some particular vulnerabilities that she could leverage to get me in trouble. And as you all probably know, you basically walk on egg shells when on probation, and they don't exactly conduct thorough investigations before violating you.....

Any advice would be much appreciated.
