My ex doesn't have a job but trades stocks (through like an ameritrade type account) and maintains a very wealthy lifestyle. She doesn't pay but pennies in child support and I struggle to cover expenses for the child as she lied about having a very low income job which she quit right after the court date (as she wanted to hide her real job of trading).
How can stocks be included in child support or can they? What should I request?
