Buying Real Estate with a Non Profit

My question involves business law in the state of: Maryland

Hello.

Could I start a non profit, fund raise money to purchase homes near a hospital for families to stay at while their family members stay at the hospital, pay myself a salary, and than fold the non profit after 5 years and keep the real estate?
