My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: New Jersey
I was recently released to full duty by workers comp doctor without even considering the fact that my hip fracture has not completely healed and also i have been limping. Long story short i contacted attorney but he is saying that i need to wait about six months to file a claim in court. He is saying that let court take is own course and in order to prove that i am having permanent loss i would have to wait for six months to file a claim in court. I want to know experts advice if this waiting period (6 months) is being correctly advised.
