My question involves paternity law for the State of:Nevada and California
So I came to California to get them back .....I'm having a hard time getting them even for visitation, he uses all kinds of excuses..then to find out he signed guardianship to his mother that hates me. I lived in Nevada for 3 years with kids father never really gave any support , financially..when he did it was very little. Does the MOTHER have authority over me and what can I do I want them back in my custody ..I left everything in Nevada to come get them
