I had an altercation with my neighbor this past Saturday night and he pushed me down and I broke my arm and needed surgery. He was very drunk. I was drinking too but I never laid a hand on him. Do I have a case? Also he is just renting the property so I don't know how that would work. Can somebody please give me some advice.
