Minors' Rights: Help

My question involves law in the State of: Oregon

My parents took away my xbox 360 and Xbox one about 4 months ago. I know they have a right to do this but do they have a right to sell it and my account.

I got my xbox 360 a while ago and it was my parents who paid for it, my xbox one is what I'm concerned about and the digital content on my account for both consoles. On my 360 I have paid for over $780 worth of content on the marketplace and over $520 worth of physical content(games on disk). On my Xbox one it was $500 for the console, $200 in extra items(extra controllers, headset, other hardware items), $140 in physical games and $260 in items on the marketplace. A total of about $2400 in gaming.

I got my xbox one as a Christmas present from my parents, they paid for it with my own money, and all my games I paid for myself. The cause of it being taken away was that I missed school for a week from being sick with visible signs. The xbox being taken and other thing going on in my life sparked a major depression. Because of this I didn't go to school for 2 months and during that time they threatened to sell them. Do they have a right to sell my stuff and pocket the cash.
