My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: New Jersey
NJ Contract Law? Hired a public adjuster Insurance policy is in both spouses' names. However only 1 spouses signed. The contract assigns the rights of the check of the insurance co to the public adjuster... If only one spouse signs the contract is that a legal and binding contract?
incidentally the deed is in the name of the spouse who did not sign the contract but the insurance is in both names...
