Hello, I I got caught stealing in the store yesterday, but they did not call the police. People work in the store took picture of my passport and they said they will send me a mail and I have to pay for a fine. I think that is civil demand. No police involved at all, and I do not have to go to the court. My question is that will my file be recorded and am i able to come back to US again? I will apply for a new visa in the future and do I have to report it? I am so sorry for what I did but this already happened, I hope it won't affect my go to school here. Thank you!
