Age of Majority: Almost of Age and Teen Parent. Mother Won't Hand Over Mine and My Sons Papers

I am 17 and trying to get everything situated for me. For two years I've been asking my mom to take me to get an ID to be able to work. She won't let me do it, because im still under 18 can't do it on my own and can't do it without my papers. I do not know my social security number. She is also refusing to hand over my sons papers. What can I do? I have not found anything that can help me get mine or my sons social security cards.
