While driving back to my home town of Minneapolis, I got pulled over for going 86 in a 45 MPH zone. It is my belief that the zone was in fact 60 MPH but I will have to double check that when I head back for my court date. Regardless I was going over 60 and i do accept that. My question is whether I should fight it or not with a lawyer from Missouri or if it's not worth it. I don't want to lose my license nor be on probation in a state that's not my own. The officer was by himself and clocked me on his radar driving the other direction and flipped a u-turn to pull me over. There was other cars driving at a fast speed as well. I only have 1 moving violation in my driving record that was from years ago and I am 26 years old.
