Service Providers: Can You Be Held to Contract Terms That are Placed After the Signature Line

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: California

I signed a contract for a requested service but only to discover that there was 2 more pages of provisions such as cancellation fees, exceptions, etc after the signing page. I have researched this format and discovered that in certain states, anything after the signature is not legally binding because it is often viewed as an after thought (such as Kentucky). I am wondering if California have similar laws.

Thanks
