This is for small claims court. I would like to submit evidence of a negative BBB rating and negative online reviews of two businesses I am suing in one case. These reviews were not created by me, and I believe the complaints were generated long before I filed my case. In the case of the BBB, a ranking is given for the business of a D-. Is this considered hearsay?
