My question involves personal property located in the State of: Michigan
I purchased a manufactured home (bill of sale that was written by previous owner dated September 1 saying all would be vacated by Oct. 1, 2015), the owner left an abundance of items. I now do not know what to do with these things. Some I would say is trash, but you know how that is, might not be considered that by her. We are now into November and all I keep getting from her is soon, i will get it soon. She calls asking for small things, a lamp, a ring... etc. I have a spare room full of stuff that was left. How long do I have to keep before I can remove it. The most valuable thing that is here is a motorized scooter, like a wheelchair. There is also a shed on the property which she will not give me the key for. Lots of garbage outside also which i would like to clean up before the weather takes a turn. Someone please help. This is stressful to me when she is calling asking for things that i have no clue where it is because of so many packed boxes i have. Thank you so very much for your time
