My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of Idaho .
I was going to turn left and hit a car because I didn't see it was coming, the police came and asked for my license but I didn't have one then he gave me a ticket for an infraction for 641 Yield Driving- Turning left and Failing to Yield Right of way, and I also got a misdemeanor 301 for Drivers license (M) fail to purchase or invalid. I'm very worried will I go to jail? What could possibly happen to me and should I plead guilty, or not guilty? And what could I tell the judge?, This is my second ticket for not having a license, i got the first one when I was 17 an and a few weeks later I turned 18 and now 3 days from my 18 birthday I got into this accident.
