Security Deposits: Tenants Moved in Parents and 2 Uncles Without Permission

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Florida

We rented to a young couple. Upon move out we learned that they had moved in parents and 2 uncles with no notice. Our lease states:
The premises shall be occupied only by listed tenants. Tenants may have guests on the premises for not over
7 consecutive days. Tenant must obtain the prior written approval of landlord if an invitee of tenant will be
present at the premises for more than 7 consecutive days. They all occupied the house for 6 plus months.

We live five hours away so did not learn of the 4 additional occupants (and a dog) until they moved. Can we deduct monies from the security deposit for not following the terms of the lease and having the additional occupants?
