My question involves real estate located in the State of: Oklaoma.
We have a neighbor who constanly drives in the grass and not on the road. When asked why he does this he sas it is his right to because he has the right away. He dosen't want to help maintain the road so he drives on the grassy areas. Is there anything we can do about this. It makes it rough for the mower because of the ruts that he leaves behind. Thank you
