Victims Rights: Panicking

I Received a call from my local police department saying I am a minor using the app tinder and that they have screenshots of me on there. Problem is I don’t have a tinder so this is either
A) someone impersonating me
Or
B) some people are telling me this call is fake but idk about that
Please respond I get anxiety really easy and I’m on the verge of a panic attack
