My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: MI
I have lived in the same mobile home park for 27 years. ( I own my trailer )
For the past couple of years - roots from trees in the park, have started sprouting new trees under and along side of my trailer. These trees have damaged my skirting and are too close too my house.
I am a senior and on a fixed income so I am not able nor can I afford to have a professional come to my home.
My question is - is the landlord responsible for removing the trees (shrubs) from the property or am I ?
Thank you for your responses.
