My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Arizona
I have a shared wall with Paradise Valley School District.
Wall needs repair as it’s showing sign of structural deformities and a gap has become visible..
School superintendents said that it’s my responsibility to fix it.. they are claiming that the tree that I haven’t planted causing this problem. I owned this property for 3 years and acquired with that tree already there.
Is this viable claim?? Or is it mutual responsibility??
