My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I was recently hit with a traffic violation I apparently was going 75 in a 45 ( although I really don't think I was going that fast). My question is about the following marks on my ticket it says. Misdemeanor(N) Traffic (Y) Non- traffic(N) N0 22350 CVC BASIC SPEED LAW it was in day light and the traffic says light but there were absolutely no cars around me weather was clear also. This is also my first ever speeding ticket. My question is what are the repercussions for a ticket with this marks.
