My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of Washington.
I was sent a notice of infraction via a Photo enforced camera which allegedly captured a photo & video of my vehicle allegedly driving 30 mph in an alleged 20 mph school zone in Bellevue, WA.
The school is under construction and has a temporary location at a different place.I was given speeding ticket for speeding at 30 miles per hour near the old location where school demolition is in progress (when Speed zone 20 miles per hour was flashing).I wanted some one to tell me if I can contest this and if so can I hope to win.I wouldn't want this to go into my driving record.I have already paid the fine but I am hoping to contest it.Is it a wise choice? can someone clarify?
