Located in the State of: Tennessee.
Two people are willed property with 2 dwellings. Each is given a lifetime estate on one of the dwellings. All other property is divided equally. Following the death of the owner a person was added to the deed giving them 1/4 of the whole property listed on deed. Is this legal?
