My question involves name change laws in the State of: Connecticut.
Ok so here is my story I got pregnant 2014 I was with my bf for 5 years I didn't have my menstrual cycle every month it was maybe every 3 months or so. So wen I broke up with him I got with someone else without having g a period yet I found out I was pregnant I thought he was the father. When the child was born I put his last name but after we did paternity test it came out that my ex was the real father. It is 2017 and my son is now 3 yrs old I am back with my ex bf my son real father but my son still has the other guys last name. My question is how do I start changing the last name to his biological father last name . It bothering me cause we live together but my son has a different man last name also I lived in NY when they did a paternity test and that's where my son was born so I don't know where to start or do I have to go to NY as well to take care of situation please help
