My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: north carolina
I co-signed to a delivery van for a restaraunt, and since parted ways. The co signer has stopped paying the monthly payments and left me paying.
1. Am i entitled to anything since the van is used for a business?
2. How can i peacefully take possession of the van without trouble or police being called?
I have verified with the dealer, and the lean holder that my name is on the title, as well as i have obtained from the lean holder a copy of purchase agreement that my name is on there as second owner
