My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: california
my daughter is physically handicapped she has lived in the apt complex for 9 years ,she lives on ss disability,
she has a car that has a convertible top .she has an assigned parking space and a sticker on rear window
t is difficult for her to raise the top because her hands are deformed.
on Sept. 28,2016 her car was towed by private company hired by management.they stated no sticker on car .
because her top was down and the sticker was not visible to tow truck driver.
i payed 300.00 to get her car released.
now 1 year later on Sept.18 it has been towed by the same company from her assigned space,
the apartment manager did not call or give authorization for the tow .
she still hasn't received any notice from the tow company its been 5 days
.she has no money to pay for it
