Adoption of Children: Baby Mother Changed Mind and Decided to Keep Baby and Not Give to Adopted Family

My question involves adoption law for the State of: Florida

My pregnant friend was getting living expenses & a weekly stipend from future adoptive parents. She decided to keep the baby. The prospective adoptive parents paid rent, food, medical, & weekly allowance.

Are the adoptive parents entitled any recourse? can they get custody of the baby or press any criminal charges? Can they sue to get the money back?
