My question involves business law in the state of: California
I registered a C corp in CA in 2014. I never did any business with it because the plans changed so I did nothing. I was the only shareholder and held all official positions in the company.
Now I heard the company owes $800/year for past 4 years.
The company has zero assets so it can't pay that.
Would I personally be liable for that money in any way? Can I just let the company abandoned and hope it will get revoked automatically after certain time?
