Can someone recommend a good/inexpensive company that performs background checks for both domestic and international employees. Background check must meet the following criteria:

(i) a search of criminal records (including federal, state and local criminal records check); (ii) verification of the employee’s or sole proprietor’s residence and social security number (or the local equivalent, if any); (iii) confirmation that the employee or sole proprietor does not appear on the Office of Foreign Assets Control, U.S. Treasury Department list of Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs) and Blocked Persons (http://ift.tt/2fxVMSe); (iv) verification of employee’s or sole proprietor’s licenses, education and former employment; and (v) in jurisdictions where criminal record searches are not common practice, Vendor shall conduct a passport check and an INTERPOL check, but shall not be required to comply with the criminal record search obligations set forth in subsection (i) above (“Background Check”).
