Relocation: Does a Non-Custodial Parent Have to Provide Her New Adddress if She Moves

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Virginia

Hi,

We got an order in another state giving us (father and step mom) custody. Kids now live with us in VA and we've since had the order adopted by the state of VA. The mom gets very little visitation, so I guess in VA's terms that means dad has sole physical and the parents have 50/50 legal. After the order was established the mom moved in with her boyfriend out of the state the order was originally made. Shortly after her move she gave us her address at the boyfriend's place. Well, we have reason to think she and the boyfriend have moved to a bigger place but she hasn't told us. The parents are trying to work out what visitation the dad is comfortable giving the mom for this summer (since she wasn't given any in the order) but she hasn't told us that she has moved and seems to be intent on not telling us. So, my question is; does a non-custodial parent have to give a custodial parent her new address when she moves?
