My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: ok so I work in downtown Portland and we are having a key issue. The last two weeks there is someone coming into our office and stealing important keys. I was never told to take all the keys to the office and put them in a bag. So therefore I have worked there for a year and now I have write up because I was never told to put all the keys in a bag. I refused to sign my write up too. What should I do about this situation?
