My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida im not an active probation after my third techinal violation in 3years of probation/community control the judge gave me adjudication witheld on these 3 felony case and closed it sentence me to 5months community control until feb.22 2016 i have one month left and i hit this old ladys car bumper she called the state trooper he gave me a ticket for an expire tag during an accident which is a misdemeanor he didnt rake me to jail just had me tow it then told you will get a notice to go to court in a couple of months my conflict is thqt notice going to reach my p.o after feb.22 2016 like he said or is she going to get this criminal infraction before i terminate? And if she does if worst comes worst she doesnt spare with a month left and she violates me what will the judge do? iam looking at jailtime for the one month i had left on this felony case i was ajudecated plus the punishment for the expire tag? Iam looking at one month plus five more months=6months in jail for the violation just for bumping someone from the back sithout a tag? Iam right or do you think the state and judge are gonna put me away for 2years?...do i tell me p.o or let god deal with it maybe the notice wont reach her before my final month?
