My question involves a emancipation in the state of: Indiana
I'm 17 and four months. When I was 13 my biological mother was verbally abusive and accused me of beating her. I was put on probation, I still to this day am on probation for safety reason. (I'm not allowed to talk to my mother) They realize it was all a lie. She does nothing but tear me down. I was in and out of placements since age 13. I now live with my biological father who got his rights terminated when I was 3. My probation officer placed me in his and my mentally unstable's step mothers home. He treats me good, however my step mother is very unstable and does/says not-appropriate things. My 11 year old sister is autistic and she calls her stupid because she dropped her daily medication. She is called stupid by her every day. My 16 year old step brother lives with his father because she hates his girlfriend that is absolutley nice to her. She is jealous. She calls me names and says things to where I can hear them and they hurt me. I do not currently have a jon or a licence, But i plan to live with a friend after getting a job and paying for everything. The things my step mother says are breaking me, I need out. How likely is my chance of emancipation?
