I am writing from the great state of mi. I have a just turned 1 year old (in November) and my ex wife likes to make my life hell with being able to see her. There's been times she will have her mom answer the door when I am picking up my daughter so I can't get her until about 10 or so minutes after our ordered time. I only get her twice a week for 8 hours each. But this is beside what I came to ask for. We have a mediation to decide summer time coming up in March. My buddy from work said he gets his three kids at least 4 weeks in the summer consecutive. I know my daughter will be young still so I don't think my wife will go for that. I do wonder since my work schedule isn't the best at keeping the same, would it be something they would grant if I asked for like two weeks in each month instead? Or is it too much for a baby? I do have a current girlfriend who lives with me and my brother, would they be able to watch her if I was at work during the summer or do I have to be there the whole time? How does summer stuff usually work?
