My question involves child support in the State of: New Jersey...i was wondering if anyone could help me out. My husband just started a new job but they issued warrants for non payment. He goes to municipal court tomorrow for some minor traffic violations. My question is can they arrest him at court for warrants and what can he do besides obviously satisfy warrants to not go to jail because if he goes to jail he looses his job?? Thanks
