I have a mechanic do a rebuild the engine on my car but he doesn't have a auto repair chop and he take the car to with his brotherlaw shop. Then is where the car was repaired but the engine car has problems a low oil pressure, so problem is the brotherlaw who was the mecanic that repair my car he doesn't one to be responsible for the warranty to change the oil pump he said I need to talk to the other mecanic who did the business with me. But this guy doesn't answer mi phone calls. My question is can I to sue the auto shop repair? Also I never get a recip or contract.
