My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: AZ
I was hit from behind 2 weeks ago by a guy in a work truck. They have since claimed 100% fault and have already sent me my deductible and what I paid out of pocket for car rental. He sent me info which I have filled out regarding bodily injury work missed etc. per the chiropractor I have a sprained lower back due to this and have gone to see him the entire 2 weeks and have 2 more before additional X-rays evaluations etc. at what point will a settlement be offered? After my final visit and I'm clear I assume. Generally how is this settlement determined?
