My question involves criminal law for the state of: Alaska
My boyfriend is getting a transfer to Alaska, and we were recently imformed that I would not be allowed to move in with him until sometime after he gets there. I would like to know if they can still deny me living with him if we were to get married. I have never been convicted of anything so have no bad legal baggage if that makes a difference.
