My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: New York
I just got a ticket for parking 20 feet away from the bus stop. The car was parked with someone sitting behind the passenger seat in front of a store I owned. The person in the car did not notice the officer writing the ticket, but one saw the officer shutting its door and driving away. Is it possible to fight back if the person can be seen from the front of the car and he was on his phone?
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
