My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Florida / Colorado
Alright I know many of you will bash on me "how can you not remember, blah blah blah" Well, that is not what I am looking for. I need some advice because I honestly do not remember co-signing a vehicle (almost 6 years ago) with my EX.
I applied for a mortgage and I found out I had a bad history from a cosigned car. So when I called, they told me I was the co signer, and I was in shock because I do not remember cosigning anything; I was at the dealership, but I dont think I cosigned. I was thinking about reporting this to the credit bureau. Now, i can not get documents because I do not even remember the dealers name, also I am in another state. This was over 6 years ago
What should I do? Should I report this? What if I do report it and I did cosigned for it? I honestly do not know what to do since I really don't remember
