My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: New York
I had a consultation with an MD 3 days ago and signed an agreement for plastic surgery and left a substantial "non-refundable" deposit. I reviewed the doctor's credentials and am not confident in his level of his training. Is there a window in which I may legally cancel and get a refund of my deposit? (2 business days have passed)
Thanks,
My Kids' Dad
