Computer Crime: Illegal Porn Claim

yes my friend has made some stupid mistakes in the past I admit that but this time I am taking a risk by sharing this with you and the only reason is because I know his so called friend john doe is lying or just flat out dumb and the reason I say john doe is because I cannot give out the name of the one who is saying this


a month ago my friend sent a image to this john doe asking if he thought it was illegal or child porn and the person said that if the police contact them they would show them the image and they refused to delete the image from there phone because there sure its illegal
and my friend is scared they are going to turn the image in but the thing is there is no nudity or sexual parts whatsoever in the image and to be honest im not even sure it is someone under 18 so I am going to take a risk and post the image and you all tell me because I have posted the image in several different places and people claim he cannot do anything because its no way shape or form child porn


what can the police do if he does show them the image and please someone be serious even though he is stupid and please don't remove the image because I want him to eventually see these postings

the link posted was the question he asked yahoo answers
there you all will see the replies he got saying it wasn't child porn
so can you all please give your in put and no lawyer will let him send the image so is there anyway someone on here could look at it and tell him or post it on here
because its not illegal porn I promise that just at least look at the yahoo answers link
