My question involves real estate located in the State of: Illinois My father gave land to his children many years ago and he also have buildings and existing drive ways to and from the buildings including garages are located on the parcels he gave to the other children. It has never been a problem until some recent family problems. Out of spite now, for no other reason the driveway is being blocked that serves our main garage. We have NO other way to get to it other than the drive way that generations of our family has always used. It is being blocked by parking disabled vehicles and old junk equipment in such tight quarters it is impossible to turn into the garage. It is really very dangerous as an electrical box and power pole is close on the other side and has now been hit. I am worried I will not be able to put my two automobiles into my garage. What can I do?
