My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida.
What motion do i need to file to stop child support arrears..,both of my children are over 25 years old...with children of their own...,it's preventing me from gaining and obtaining employment...,the arrearage came during the time the state turned custody over to me...,for 11 years I've cared for my children out of my own income...,while she was busy having other children and not going after their father's she took it upon herself in the relentless pursuit of my income benefiting her other 6 children
this preventing me from gaining employment...,because my job requires me to be able to travel onto military bases and other sites...,I've just had a job offer rescinded beacause of the negative background check containing suspensions from child support
this ongoing situation has caused me to develop health symptoms that I have never encountered before...,such as my Psychological assessment of P.T.S.D...,High Anxiety...,Stress ..,Depression...,and other social disorders..,that will complicate my performance on the job site...,I have been suffering from extreme migraines..,from excessive stress..,and other health issues that I cannot seek the medical attention that I need to receive the treatments needed..,because men don't quality for medicaid...,the job offer that was retracted was offering me 75,000 a yr. plus incentives...and now i'm homeless..,applying for food stamps..,and social security disability...,while she gets housing assistance..,a full time job...,with a car...,what can I do on my behalf..,because I'm 48..,and she's 46...,I wasn't aware that this system wasn't designed to be a retirement package for women...,when I had custody..,she didn't provide any help whatsoever
