My question involves real estate located in the State of: Michigan
I'm the seller, and chose to accept a lower offer simply because the buyer had not asked for concessions and they are putting a large amount of money down. Apparently they are still using FHA, despite having over 20% down, simply because they have terrible credit, or so says their agent.
Simply, I'm wondering if the fact that no FHA addendum was present in our purchase agreement, does that mean that if we comply with all these silly requests here at their inspection contingency, that when we get to the FHA appraisal part, we don't have to agree to pay anything there? Sorry for the run-on. Does anyone know the legalities about this?
