Minors' Rights: How Can a Minor Cut Legal Ties with a Parent

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: FL

I’m 16, a junior in high school, and my parents are divorced. They got divorced when I was 3 (somewhere in 2004-2005) due to my mom being around criminals and using drugs. My dad has full custody of me and my mom wasn’t granted any visitation by the judge but my dad allows her to stay at our house when she wants to. She’s an emotionally abusive addict and alcoholic and she terrifies me. She has never seriously physically hurt me (she has never left a mark) but she regularly degrades and neglects me. I want be able to prevent her from visiting me without interference from my father (he wants me to have a female figure in my life). Besides a restraining order, would there be a way to prevent her from seeing me based on her sobriety? I really do love her but she just causes me too much distress for me to keep sitting idly.
