My girlfriend's mother fought her years ago for custody of her two oldest, to which my girlfriend was awarded full custody after a lengthy battle. During this time the children lived with their grandmother. Afterward, they lived with my girlfriend for two years but the children wanted to live with their grandmother (due to brainwashing). My girlfriend and her mother reached an agreement for the children to live with their grandmother, no child support was discussed. The grandmother is now ordering my girlfriend to pay child support nearly 8 years later. Can she collect child support even though my girlfriend has full custody?
