My question involves real estate located in the State of: Indiana
My ex and I were divorced in 2005. She was awarded the house and I was ordered to sign a quit claim deed. Which I did. In 2014 I filed for bankruptcy and my lawyer had me include the mortgage on the house that was still showing up on my credit report. It was discharged. Now my ex is going thru foreclosure on the house and mortgage company is suing both her and I. Can they do this to me now? The house is in Indiana and I live in Arizona.
