My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington. Can a speeding ticket be upheld in court, if it is just a visual Estimated? No radar. Wsp stopped my daughter just as she got on I-5, for a visual estimate of 20+ over. She said she came up to speed on the onramp and entered at 60.
