My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Colorado
Wanting to leave the babies father and dont know where to start. Baby girl is 4 months old and is breast fed and father is out of town 55% of the time for work. when hes home i still have to pay a babysitter to watch her a couple days because hes "busy". Hes also trying to feed her normal food, he leaves her on the changing table and walks away, doesnt even hold her to feed her. What are my chances of being able to leave the state with my little one.
